Reading the exported list
Each swatch includes a color code and bead count. Add a small spare allowance for dropped beads and later corrections. Keep different brands separated because identical-looking codes are not guaranteed to match.

No. Brightness and display settings affect appearance. Use the code as the purchase reference and check a physical chart when exact color matters.
Can I reduce the number of colors?
Yes. Lower the color-count setting, or replace similar color codes after generation.
